Is the AI screening actually accurate?
HireZin doesn't train its own model — we use ChatGPT (OpenAI) as the analysis core, combined with optimized prompts and a scoring pipeline tuned for CV-to-JD matching. In our internal benchmarks the results are accurate enough to dramatically shorten the HR review cycle.
Is my candidate data secure?
Data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS-equivalent), encrypted in transit and at rest. Each workspace is isolated — only authorized HR team members can access candidate records.
What file formats does HireZin support?
PDF, DOCX, Excel and TXT — covering the most common resume formats in use today.
Can I integrate HireZin with my existing ATS?
There are no off-the-shelf ATS integrations yet. If you need one, reach out — our team can build a custom integration tailored to the ATS your company uses.
How is pricing calculated?
HireZin charges by credits. The two features that consume credits today are: generating evaluation criteria and scanning CVs. You receive 100 free credits on first sign-in. When you run out, top up any amount — no plans, no caps.
